RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love what you have purchased from us. However, if you feel that your order is not right for you, we offer you a free and easy return / exchange, within 30 days from receiving your order. Shipping costs are solely borne by us for all orders from Peninsular Malaysia!

 

RETURNS 

  • Our return policy is only applicable to item(s) purchased online and delivered in Peninsular Malaysia, within30 days from receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • The management reserves the rights to reject any damaged or used items based on our discretion.
  • Return of promotional / discounted / sale items are subject to the management approval. 

How to return? 

Please inform us at info@heatwaveshoes.my with the email subject “Return Request – Your Order Number”, within 30 days from receiving your order. 

Kindly provide us with your name, contact number, address and reason of return. Our customer service team will assist you with the return process. 

Please note that if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or refund. 

Refunds: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES 

We offer an exchange if: 

  • Your purchase does not fit
  • You received a defected item 
  • You received an item completely different from what you ordered
  • Your ordered item becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances

If your problem is not listed above, contact us at info@heatwaveshoes.my and we will assist you.

  • Our exchange policy is only applicable to item(s) purchased online and delivered in Peninsular Malaysia, within30 days from receiving your order.

  • To complete your exchange, we require the original delivery note / receipt / invoice for verification.
  • Items purchased online can only be exchanged via our online store and is subjected to online stock availability. Hence, we do not accept drop-off for parcels at our outlets.
  • Exchange of promotional / discounted / sale items are subject to the management approval.
